Privacy policy
This page describes how this site handles the personal data of its visitors, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

What we collect
There is a form to request access, and it is not hosted here: it is a Tally form, on another domain. What you write in it reaches Tally first and us afterwards. This site itself has no fields to fill in, and you can always write to us at the address at the foot of the page: in that case the data is whatever you choose to put in the message.
Two categories of data are collected automatically, and neither starts without your consent.
- Navigation data collected by Google Analytics 4: pages viewed, time on page, scroll depth, device type, approximate city-level origin. Used in aggregate, to understand how much of the page is actually read.
- Data collected by the Meta Pixel: the page view and whether it came from an advertisement, tied to the identifier Meta assigns to the browser. Used to measure advertising performance.
The server hosting the site also keeps technical access logs, which include the IP address. They are necessary for operation and security and are not used to profile anyone.

Consent is optional and can be withdrawn at any time, from the Preferences control in the footer of every page. Declining does not limit access to any content.
Who can see this data
Measurement data is processed by the two providers that collect it, as independent or joint controllers under their own terms: Google Ireland Limited for Analytics and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited for the Pixel. The access request form is run by Tally, which processes what you enter on our behalf as a processor. We do not sell data and we pass it to no one else.
Both providers may transfer data to the United States, on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission.
Your rights
You may at any time ask to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing, receive it in a readable format, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. If you gave consent you may withdraw it, and withdrawal does not affect what was processed before.
Requests go to eugenio.cobalto@artoftheia.com. If you believe the processing breaches the Regulation you may complain to the Italian data protection authority, www.garanteprivacy.it.
Changes
If what the site does changes, this page changes too. The date at the bottom says when it was last revised.
